Agreement and Acceptance of Ray-Bar Terms and Conditions of Use
Full Agreement with, and Acceptance of, these Terms and Conditions without exception are formally confirmed by your submission of this request.
It is fully agreed and recognized that all of Ray-Bar's pricing, technical data, transmittals, product information and details are considered confidential and proprietary and are provided by Ray-Bar in good faith to specify, purchase or utilize only genuine Ray-Bar products.
All parties hereby fully and unconditionally agree to never disclose, copy, forward or otherwise share any Ray-Bar information, directly or indirectly, with any potential competitive entity of Ray-Bar, or utilize any of Ray-Bar’s information or related materials in any detrimental or competitive manner against Ray-Bar. All parties are hereby notified that any violation of this agreement may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of all applicable international, federal, state, or local, civil and/or criminal laws at the sole discretion of Ray-Bar.
We reserve the right to refuse service or sales to anyone at any time. No sales to the general public.
